These terms explain the responsibilities of students, guardians, and hostel management during admission, booking, and stay.
General Terms
- By taking admission in Shanti Hostel, students and guardians agree to abide by all hostel rules, policies, and management decisions.
- Hostel facilities and services are subject to availability and may be modified or updated by management without prior notice.
- Room allotment is solely at the discretion of hostel management.
- Students must maintain proper conduct and cooperate with hostel staff and fellow residents.
Payments
- All payments made towards hostel admission, booking, fooding, accommodation, or security deposit shall be subject to hostel policies.
- Payments made to unauthorized persons or personal accounts of staff members shall not be considered valid.
- Failure to pay dues within the specified time may result in penalties or suspension of services.
Usage of Facilities
- Students must use hostel property responsibly.
- Misuse or intentional damage of furniture, electrical fittings, appliances, or infrastructure shall be chargeable.
- Hostel facilities including Wi-Fi, transportation, laundry, and meals are provided for registered students only.
Liability
- Shanti Hostel shall not be liable for theft, loss, accidents, injuries, or unforeseen incidents occurring inside or outside hostel premises.
- Management shall not be responsible for disruptions caused due to natural disasters, power failures, internet issues, government restrictions, or unavoidable circumstances.
Policy Acceptance
- Admission to the hostel confirms acceptance of all hostel rules, terms, conditions, and policies.
- Management reserves the right to update policies whenever required.
